Shannon-Weaver Diversity Index

A measure of economic diversity based on the number of Industries in a Region and the extent to which employment in the region is evenly distributed among those Industries.  It ranges from 0 (all employment in a single Industry; yielding no diversity) to 1 (existence of all possible Industries and employment evenly spread among all those Industries, yielding maximum possible diversity).
