Difficulty with the emailed link for the data file

These are some general solutions: If the link was not working, try copying it and pasting it directly into the address bar. If the download is not working, be sure that you are logged in as the user that purchased the data and try it again. Be certain to click \"save\" and not \"open\"... Save it to the local hard drive, not a server. If the file downloaded is a zip file, make sure to extract the files before running any of them; again, be certain that the files are on a local drive and not a server. Make sure that the files are in the same folder that you have the Implan Software looking for them in.
