Unit for transaction data and employment data

Hi, I'm wondering what is the unit for transaction data and the employment data in the 27 CGE files (for New York state, 2006). for example, for transaction,the 1.33394950495E+3 is in thousands of $ or millions of $? for the employment data, 6.9839394949393E+4 is in thousands of people?   Dollars are in millions. Employment is jobs.
