Can you open any of the other reports? If so, then the Crystal template for SA050 may be corrupted. If so send me your e-mail (info@implan.com) and I will send a new one. If not, I am guessing it is a permissions issue. Is this use the first time for this machine? -

Hi, Doug -- I tried a report or two from every report tab just now and got similar errors and failures to "print." I have been using IMPLAN v2 on this machine for many years. Don't know if it's relevant but Mike Retzlaff and I are working on a project together and the problem cropped up when I began using a model he sent me. I think I already mentioned that after I encountered the problem I did a clean install using the v2 file downloaded from the Websitd. Thanks for working this problem for me! -

I've just gotten word that sometimes it's not fixable. But I find it hard to believe that a machine with the same operating system that has used it in the past, can't use it now even though nothing has changed. I wouldn't think it would be a problem with a specific model, but have you created a new model and had the same errors? -

I suspect that Mike didn't include the crystal table queries in the iap file. Zip it up and send it to us at info@implan.com, I can take a quick look or have Mike check, he'll have to put them back in. -

"It seems it was because the models were moved to folders in my "My Documents" folder. When the models are moved back to "c:\Program Files\IMPLAN Professional 2.0\Models\" reports print just fine." I suspect it may be a permissions issue. An IT person can give you full read/write permissions on the IMPLAN directories but not the Users directories. We think that software program's use of the Jet engine (the MS Access driver) violates some sites' security policies. -
