Construction of Retirement Community

I’m working on a project that involves projecting the impact of construction of a retirement community. The community will involve independent senior living apartments and also assisted living on premise. I wanted to make sure that I used the right sector…should I use Sector 37 or does it fall into the "other" category of Sector 38? I tried looking up the NAICS code in the IMPLAN bridge tables, but the NAICS codes that are assigned to the construction sectors are vague. Thanks for clarification.
