I am working with IMPLAN 2009 data for Lemhi County, Idaho. The data show $128,800,000 in the capital column for Federal Gov. non-Defense; similarly the same column shows $71,100,000 for State / Local government non-education. Could you elaborate on what these very large figures could be about? 2009 data for Custer County, Idaho. The data show $75,400,000 in the capital column for Federal Gov. non-Defense.
