I have a couple of questions, 1) I am working with data from 2006 and in some cases, clusters appear to have shifted so dramatically that the results seem impossible. For example, in 2006 our "high tech" cluster had about $11 million in the category "OtherPropertyTypeIncome" by 2009 that total had boomed to $235 million. Could that be a change in methodology or could we chalk that up to so many severance packages being handed out in that period of time? 2) What constitutes the category "OtherPropertyTypeIncome"?
