Study area definition for my state package

The question now becomes the definition of the STUDY AREA. We are studying CA. Does the import / export data assume all activity in only the state of CA and not interstate, i.e., CA to AZ? Thanks, Jean

  Correct. If you'd like to see the flows between CA and another particular state, you will need to purchase the data for that other state as well.
