Generating Reports Error 23015 and Code 20998

Hello, We are having an issue generating reports. This is with Version 2 The messages are as follows 1) Seagate Crystal Reports: Database Error. Error opening file. File could not be opened: 'IM Report" at file location: "IM Report" 2) The following error has occurred in the application: Error: Code:20998. The software was recently installed on this particular machine. Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

We moved it to the Program files/implan/models.... and it seems to be working.

When version 2 throws crystal reports errors, normally reinstalling the software fixes it. If it doesn't, then it is usually a permissions issues, but then other problems usually pop up as well. Sometimes users are told they have administrator privileges, when in fact, they just have installation permissions. In this case the IT person will have to give you permission to have full read/write permission with the c:\program files\implan professional 2.0 directory and all subdirectories.
