CGE 5x5 empty

I am attempting to construct a CGE model using 2010 IMPLAN data, but the 5x5 file is empty -- i.e., it contains no values. I've checked other years (2008 and 2009, to be specific), and the corresponding file in each year is a 2x1 matrix. The CGE model is of the state of Oklahoma using the trade flows model. Any idea why the 2010 5x5 file does not have values?

    Hello David, That element represents Foreign Trade to Foreign Trade. These are also known as Trans-shipments, and we no longer have Trans-shipments in our models so these fields will be empty. We apologize for any inconvenience. Let us know if you have any further questions.
