High Direct Coefficient in I x I table

Hi IMPLAN women, This is likely due to the nature of the USPS as a quasi-governmental organization. For this table the percentages are on a per dollar of total Output basis. So if the USPS has lower profits than the other Sectors (or negative profits, as is often the case with governmental and quasi governmental Sectors) then it will have very low Output relative to the inputs it needs to purchase - i.e., a lower denominator for the same numerator, which results in a larger coefficient.
