Direct Institution Change

Hi David, Thank you for your post. The Direct Institution Change shows the value of commodities produced by institutions or purchased from inventory that are consumed by households in the spending pattern. Because Institutions don’t have Multipliers and because inventory belongs to the production of a previous year, these values are not spent in the Model and thus do not generate any further impacts, as opposed to the values applied to the spending pattern which are producing your results. This split is based on a Market Share distribution of Commodity production within your Study Area. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Thanks!
