From IMPLAN to CGE: What is the procedure for this

I have developed computable general equilibrium (CGE) models before using NAICS type of database before. However, I need to develop some CGE models using IMPLAN database.I want simple, step-by-step procedure of extracting SAM from IMPLAN and use it in GAMS for CGE modeling.I have read some documents where a number of gams files (such as aggreg.gms, check.gms, map.gms, report.gms, model.gms, sam.gms, gams2xcl.gms,) are required for this process. However, the description is mixed up and ambiguous. Can someone familiar with this process help me please? Thanks.

    Hi Thomas, We will get some documentation posted up for you shortly. We apologize for the delay. In the meantime we wanted to let you know that we are working on your post. We also wanted to briefly mention that our standard website/download based licensing is relatively limited for how the data can be used. The license restricts usage to a maximum of 5 users accessing the data, even if data is exported for use in a CGE Model. If you will have more than 5 users accessing this data, or you are producing a CGE Model that will be released to outside audiences, we ask that you please contact our support department to be sure you have the proper licensing. In addition to this, we may also have other options for you that might better meet your needs than the standard IMPLAN Modeling system. We thank you for your patience in this regard.

    I realize this is an old post (5 years ago), but it speaks to exactly my question.  I am interested in building a regional CGE model (within a state).  I will ensure to maintain the rules of my licensing agreement. I would like to read the PDF response to the original question but the link circulates back to the Implan support page.
