Rehabilitation of a historic building

Good evening, I am estimating the construction impacts of the rehabiliation of a historic building. I have construction costs and would model it as an industry Change. My question is what IMPLAN sector should I use? Sectors 34 and 36 appear to be for 'new' construction. is there any other IMPLAN sector that is more suitable for a rehab project?

    Hi Kevin. A major rehabilitation of an historic building fits better in the new construction category. The maintenance and repair category is for more routine building maintenance and repair. Please contact us if we can provide further assistance.
