Problems downloading order

I was trying to download an order and received the following message. I have an immediate deadline and am concerned IMPLAN customer support may not respond until Tuesday. Has anyone run across this problem before? Is there anything I can do on my end to correct? There was an error while downloading your order. Please email support@implan for assistance. An error occurred while receiving the HTTP response to This could be due to the service endpoint binding not using the HTTP protocol. This could also be due to an HTTP request context being aborted by the server (possibly due to the service shutting down). See server logs for more details.
