Inability to open files

We are trying to open files that were previously on the computer of a staffperson who no longer works here. We are getting the following error when we try to open the files: "Could not find data file 'C:...Implan System Data\ImplanStructuralMatrices2011.mdb'" Haven't been able to get through on the tech support line so far. I'd appreciate some help with this issue. Thanks!
