Finding impact of industry

Hello, I was wondering how to find overall impact of any industry in a state without having an expenditure or employment data of that state. Can I use the study area data to do that? Unmesh

  Hello, The Study Area Data provides information based on each Sector with regards to the current make-up of the region being studied. This is not an impact, but a total of that industry's production in an annual term. If you are looking to describe an Industry's portion of a region's economy that's attributed to that Industry, see this link for Also, using the Study Area Data won't allow you to discern what any firms contribution is. In order to know that they would need data of some sort from that firm. Thanks!
