Unexpected error in selecting model data files

Hello, I am trying to build a model using 1996 IMPLAN data. 1. While building a model for US data, I encountered a message saying ' column institutionpayments, institutionreceipts, typeoftransfer is constrained to be unique. Value '11001, 13001, 15010' is already present' and my model got closed. 2. While building a new model for far west region (Alaska, California, Hawaii, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington), a message pop put saying 'index was outside the bounds of the array and the model will be closed'. For other regions it works fine. How can I overcome these problems?

This is found in the System Data Folder. In Windows® Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1, the pathway to find this folder is: C\Users\User Name (the log-in name of the User to whom the software is licensed)\AppData\Local\MIG\Implan\System Data In Windows® XP the pathway to find this folder is: C:\Documents and Settings\User Name (the log-in name of the User to whom the software is licensed)\Local Settings>Application Data\MIG\Implan\System Data If this does not solve it, please feel free to call 651-439-4421 line 2 to speak with a technical support agent. We would like to use the remote desktop web application http://www.logmein123.com to assist us in troubleshooting.     I replaced old structural matrices with new one but still I got the same problem.
