Same data different outputs

I am rerunning some old analysis. In 2013 I used 2011 CA state level data to calculate output and employment multipliers. All of my data inputs are exactly the same (revenue, headcount, wages, prop. income) - in addition, i adjusted the year, GDP deflator etc. to align with what I previously inputted. However, the output for indirect and induced that I am getting is slightly different than the outputs IMPLAN gave me 1.5 years ago. Is there something different about the back end of the software. Perhaps I am using an updated version? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
