Difference in Direct Job Multiplier

We are peer reviewing an analysis and using the same set of data - we are unable to replicate the direct job multiplier. Their direct job multiplier is 3.5 whereas ours is much lower around 2. What can you "modify" in IMPLAN to increase your direct job multiplier? Or what other explanation could be possible? Thank you

Data set is 2012 for Chambers and Lee Counties in Alabama and Troup County in Georgia. Industry is 283 Motor Vehicle Parts Manufacturing. I have just learned this morning that other report used 2007 data. I would assume this is the probably the culprit? Thanks

Hi Kevin, That would be the exact culprit. As different data years would have different Multipliers as the economy ebbs and flows. Thanks!
