    Hi Earnest, Thank you for your post! Yes, this type of analysis can be modeled in the IMPLAN Software. You are correct IMPLAN does not have a populations field, your impact will need to be re-framed. If you know the household income range and what the household income increase to the study region then you can model that in the software. Our recommendation would then to run a Household Income Change Activity Type. A special note about this is to make sure that the residents moving into the multifamily developments are new to the area (not within the geography of your Model), thereby there spending will be new. Not that they already were living in the region but just moved into the multifamily unit. Even if residents move, if they are within the same Model geography their spending isn't really new and thus is not an impact. If you do use the Household Income Change Activity Type you would be using Household Income and not Labor Income. As this is the difference between a Household Income Change and a Labor Income Change. Thanks!
