Large, multi-region analysis

I'm working on a project that involves looking at the impact of changing output in a given industry in each and every state. To clarify, I'll be running an industry change for each of the 50 states. However, I'd also like to capture the impact of the industry changes out of state. If I have to run 49 associated regions for each state in multi-region analysis, it is going to be very time consuming and unwieldy. Is there a quicker way of doing this? I hope I explained things clearly but happy to elaborate further if not clear. Thanks

 • Hello Jonathan, Unfortunately there is not a quicker way to do this. Organization tips: Every time you change your Directly impacts model region, you will need a fresh batch of all other model regions. You can use the batch modeler to build your first, clean set of models. Once they are complete, you can copy them as many times as you want. You will want to keep each iteration in their own separate folder, and never change the folder's name that the models are located in after they have been linked in a MRIO analysis. Alternatively, you can build a model for each state, then build rest-of-us models for each state. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
