Powder Milk plant

Good morning, We are looking at the one time impact of constructing a food processing plant that is taking raw milk and turning it into powdered milk. I am curious under what construction sector this should fall? (All other commercial buildings - 34). Thanks, Jason

    Hi Jason, Thank you for your post! From your post, it sounds as if you are working with the 440 sectoring scheme. It appears as if Sector 34 would be a good fit. However Sector 35 is also a viable option and will depend on whether you think the building will be more structurally like 34 (office and school buildings) or more like 35 (manufacturing open floor) I have attached the 440 Construction Excel Spreadsheet.
