Retrieval of 2012 Data Set
Hello,
Our university purchases new Implan data each year. We are currently using the 2013 data set however I would like to go back into the 2012 data set to double check some values obtained through last year's model. The 2012 data files appear on my appliance however when I attempt to access them, a pop-up appears stating that "This file is not registered for this appliance." This is the same computer and appliance that was used for our 2012 analysis so I'm wondering why I'm no longer able to access these files?

IMPLAN SupportHello, If you are using an appliance for your IMPLAN setup, there could be some discrepancies in how the data was registered. This can get complicated, but its generally due to an appliance being registered to a 3.0 and a 3.1 installation versions of IMPLAN. The solution is to update to Appliance-Free 3.1.1001.12 of IMPLAN and re-download the data order. Please feel free to call 651-439-4421 line 2 to speak with a technical support agent.
