Currency Conversion

We are using the Canadian dataset and have a couple questions: 1) Are the values in USD or CAD? 2) Is it logical do use a currency conversion for the value outputs to switch between USD and CAD, or do other changes need to be made within the software itself? Thanks! Adam

    Hi Adam, Thank you for your post. The currency in your Canadian data set is Canadian. It would only be logical to convert the currency from CAD to USD, if you needed to report in USD equivalents. If do this, it is probably wise to document in your report the date and exchange rate you used in your conversion as currency rates frequently change. The only other thing, related to currency values, you need to ensure is that deflation rates are appropriately applied to your Events and your results. Thanks!
