Would IMPLAN be able to determine the impact minority-owned businesses have on the electric power industry?

  Hi Steve! Thank you for your post! Unfortunately, IMPLAN will not be able to drill down to that level of detail about business owners. IMPLAN however, can tell you the impact of industry and household spending on electric power industries, so if you came up with your own estimates of what share of various industries are minority-owned, you could then use IMPLAN in your analysis.

  Thank you for your reply. That is exactly the answer I was looking for because I can obtain minority-owned business data from the Census Department.
