Catering costs

Hello, I am running an analysis on a catering facility. I have an estimate of approximate price per person for catering and I was going to multiply that estimate by the number of expected annual guests to attend the catered events. I was going to use an "industry change" activity type and enter in that annual amount into the industry sales for sector 503. Is this the correct approach? thank you!

    Hello, We agree with your thinking. You might find using Activity Level helpful. You can set your event for 1 plate, and use Activity Level to scale your impact, essentially using it as the # of plates. We recommend stating in your report how you obtained the Industry sales values for your report. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
