Hi Steven! Thank you for your post. You can separate the Commodity Scenic and Sightseeing from the production function of transportation support services through Analysis By Parts: http://implan.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=article.edit&id=359. One interesting thing might be to compare the production function for it with that for Transit and Ground Passenger Transportation to look for large differences, which may point toward some service-type purchases. If you do not minding providing us with additional information about your study; we would be able to assist further! Thanks!

Thanks. I am trying to isolate the production function fixed-base operator on an airport. A FBO is a firm that supplies support services for aircraft (fueling, aircraft servicing and minor repairs, storage, etc,,,)

Hello, We don’t have any information beyond our regular production functions on the various components of Sector 414, which does include airport services. It looks like NAICS 488190 covers the topic of interest, which indeed is part of 414, but we don’t have any data to tease out the 488190-specific components. Data from the Economic Census (http://factfinder.census.gov/faces/nav/jsf/pages/searchresults.xhtml?refresh=t) should provide employment-compensation-total sales (roughly the same as output) data specific to 488190, though.
