RPCs for military base impacts
I am looking for other studies that have examined the extent to which local businesses have succeeded in obtaining military supply contracts for military base changes (closures, expansions, new). This could be indicated by the RPCs shown for military purchases in IMPLAN work. These could be critical issues in the analysis of impacts. Would appreciate comments and/or references to sources of such analyses.

RPCs treat all demands equally, eg, if the RPC for the commodity \"marbles\" is .2, then 20% of the demand for marbles by households, government, whoever, will be met by local supply. Go to Google, and type in \"Federal procurement\" - there is a government website that will tell you for all contracts over a certain size, which agency is purchasing, the NAICs code of the product, and in which county the product was actually manufactured/produced.0
