Multiplier Reports and Type N multipliers
Judging from the sample Multiplier Report on Washington County, I get the impression that Type SAM multipliers are not included in this type of report. Instead, one of the multipliers in this document was labeled “Type N”. Could you please clarify if this is a Type II or a Type SAM multiplier (or something different altogether)? Also, since we are interested in Type SAM multipliers in particular, could you please clarify which of your packages/files/reports definitely do include this type of multiplier?
Thanks,
Yves

"Type N" refers to the fact that the induced component of the multiplier could be based on one of several different possible formulations of the Type SAM multiplier. The default and most widely accepted formulation is inclusion of households and it's respending of labor income. See this paper (link) for a discussion of SAM multiplier possibilities.
