meaning of other propietary income
Could you explain what is entailed in the 'other proprietary income'. Chapter 21 in the Implan Pro v. 2.0 explains from where and how it is calculated but I could not find the definition. Are these dividends, interest and rents? If so, is the negative value in the data implying that this income leaks out?

From the glossary: http://implan.com/V4/index.php?option=com_glossary&Itemid=12 OPI represents "property income" minus "proprietor income". It includes corporate profits, capital consumption allowance, payments for rent, royalties and interest income. It may also be referred to as "other property type income" (OPTI). The largest component is corporate profits. If the corporation loses money for that sector for that year, the term will be negative.
