question pertaining to customize study area data
I am currently working on a project that has a 3-county region as the model. The 3 counties in the model are cameron county, hidalgo county, and willacy county in Texas. When I build the 3-county model and I look at customize study area data I find that for sector 429 (other federal government enterprises) it is showing only 9.5 employment. I was wandering how IMPLAN is coming up with this number and if you could explain where the federal employees are coming from because I believe (from personal knowledge) this number is way too low and that there is a larger number of federal employees in these 3 counties. I would appreciate any help you could provide in answering my question.
Thank you for your help and assistance.
Sincerely,
