Unable to access Vermilion Parish Data

Good afternoon. I purchased the zip code package for all Texas and for Vermilion Parish Louisiana. I have no trouble with the Texas files, but I cannot access any of the Vermilion ZIPs. I always get a message that says "This file is not registered for this appliance." I got a separate device with the ZIP data (as opposed to my 2008 and 2009 county-level data) and I can see only the one LA folder for Vermilion and the ZIP files inside that one folder. Please help me access the data. Also, I find only 7 ZIPS for Vermilion. The Perry, LA 77575 ZIP is not in the Vermilion folder. Thanks.
