Congressional Redistricting

Are the 2011 Congressional District files updated to account for subsequent redistricting? For instance, a particular district I'm interested in, IN-4, was re-districted in 2012. If I'm interested in the impact of a business that is now in the 4th (but was previously in the 9th prior to 2012), which district should I use?

    Hi Bart, Sorry our response was delayed. While our 2011 Congressional District data are based on 2011 economic activity (i.e., 2011 IMPLAN data), our Congressional District map (i.e., the list of zip codes within each Congressional District) is from 2013 (i.e., it represents the 113th Congress), so it includes any changes that occurred in 2012.
