So it looks like the IMPLAN website is in the middle of some kind of "upgrade," during which the software can't check for updates, or log me in to download the files we bought. This is beyond frustrating, and I have to wonder why you didn't warn your customers that this might be happening, so that we might have a chance to download our stuff before your website went sideways. I have deadlines to meet, and it would be great if I could have the software we paid for. Any clue how long before this is fixed?
