I have a project inventory that involves projects all over the state of New York. I'm trying to choose the state as a whole as my geographic unit, but, when I click "NY" in the "change data file" for 2011, nothing pops into the "available data files" window. Also tried choosing NY from the 2007 drop down menu -- same problem. Ev Paull ev@redevelopmenteconomics.com

Hi Paul, As you look through the directory when making your models you probably see the file structure as Implan> Data Files>2011>NY and this is the folder that you are unable to see the state file in. To find the state file you will want to use the Change Data Folder button to redirect the pathway to Implan> Data Files>2011>STATES. This folder is typically where the state total files are found. Please let me know if you need any additional assistance.
