IMPLAN and RIMSII report

I am working on a hypothetical project for a USCIS I-924 application. My client has someone else using RIMSII doing two projects in one state and hired our company to do two projects in an adjacent state using IMPLAN. I need to generate a table showing change in demand for Utilities, Maintenance and repair, construction, manufacturing output and professional and business support services sectors caused by the economic impact of both the construction and operation of the projects. When I go to "explore" and "social accounts" then click the tab "IxC input output accounts" , I see the categories I need but the numbers I see appear to bear no relation to the impact numbers I have generated. Can you tell me how to create the table I need? Attached is the RIMMS report I need to duplicate with my data
