I just purchased the Germany dataset. I plugged in my device, went to Help->Download Data Order, and entered my Order Number and Order Key. I got a message that read "No data was found for this order number." Can you please help? I'd like to start using the data today. Thanks.

Please go to the Help> About menu and copy and paste the guids from this window and send them to us support@implan.com, if you have not been helped and would like to still receive your data set tonight. If you aren't going to get to the data until the morning now, or if you don't receive this message until the morning, our call center opens at 8.00 Eastern time, please feel free to give us a call at 651.439.4421. We can setup a logmein session with you and perform a manual download. If you do use this method, please leave a message if all the agents are busy and unable to answer the phone, as those who leave a message will have their call returned immediately. Leaving a message is like saving your place in a queue without having to wait on the line. Again we apologize for the problem that you are having and for the delay in response.
