Hi Tim, Thank you for your post. I believe that the best type of analysis for your study would be a Multi Regional Input/output or MRIO. An MRIO allows you to link your directly impacted county to another county(s) or the rest of the state to view the impacts. Allowing you to demonstrate how an impact in your study area disperses into other regions. Also, while you can run your impact analysis using the MRIO linkages and create the resultant Multipliers the linkages themselves there is no viewer for this data. There is a maximum of 10 linked models, so if you want to look at impacts to the whole state you will need to group the counties. Thanks!
