Construction Loan Interest Payments

Should the interest payments of pre-development and construction loans be taking into consideration when modeling the impact of a construction project? – If yes which sector should I use?

    Hi Jose. We believe that it is appropriate to take these expenses into consideration when modeling the impact of development projects. However, interest costs can not include repayment of principle for impact. Transfer of asset is not an industry impact. In the software (V3) go to help>sector search and type "banking" in the search box. In doing so, it looks like Sector 354, commercial banking would be the best candidate to model this impact.
