Accounting primary production in manufacturing

Hello, do you have any good articles in avoiding double counting when using a chain of production from farm to processed food?. For grapes, these turn into raisins, wine or table grapes for example. How to model impacts of increased crop production, increased dry fruit (rainsins) subtracting the crop farming part? Thanks, JMA
