Fiscal Analysis
I am trying to find the fiscal impact of a project at both the county and the state level. I am running a multi-region analysis, and the county numbers coming back seem extremely low, with employee taxes barely $300 for nearly 500 employees. Should I run the county by itself to get the correct numbers?

IMPLAN SupportHi Joe. Without knowing how you set up your analysis, we offer a few points to remind you about doing MRIO Analysis. First, yes, you should run your county level analysis separately to get the impact results. Next, to get the State level impacts, you should remove your target county from the list of counties in your state. If your state model includes the target county, then you are double counting and this is not correct. So, again, include all counties in your state except your target county and run analysis. This should correct your problem.0
