maping expenditure categories to commodity codes

Hello. I have survey expenditure data that I plan to use to customize the production function. I understand it can done by editing coefficients in Customize > Industry Production. But expenditure categories must first be mapped to IMPLAN commodity codes. Could you explain how this can be done? Or do you have any tutorials/documents I can use? Thank you.
