I have been asked to determine the impact of a local non-profit group. Information provided to me includes: Staff/payroll - $6,912,112 General and Administrative - $1,291,121 Expenses to support retail sales in stores (revenue in stores is $7,592,000; expenses are $4,288,269) Loan for land/building - $333,149 Can you please provide guidance as to what code would be used for staff/payroll and how expenses to support retail store would be delineated? Staff/payroll - $6,912,112 - It looks like you have two different operations here, general/admin and retail store. Does this payroll cover workers in both job types? General and Administrative - $1,291,121 Are these expenses in the store or is this a separate office facility? Do you have additional information as to what these expenditures represent? Are these simply costs or is there any revenue associated to this value? Expenses to support retail sales in stores (revenue in stores is $7,592,000; expenses are $4,288,269) Do these expenses just represent operational expenditures of do they include payroll values? Related to the above, it appears that expenditures are higher than revenues, is that correct? Loan for land/building - $333,149 Could you provide any more details here, please? Is this loan being used to remodel a building or cover rent? What is the land component? Thank you for your help and we apologize that we need a little more information be help you move forward.
