how do you do the analysis of a sales call center?
Because it is a call center I think the only information I need to analyze the effect in the local economy is the total amount of salary expenses to run the call center; how I run this analysis through industry change sector 389 Other support service or labor income? Thank you

IMPLAN SupportHi Juan, Thank you for your post! My recommendation is to actually use sector 386 which is specifically for Telephone Call Centers in an Industry Change Activity. This sector is the operational expenses of a call center which would include your salary expenses but also what else it takes that run that call center (electricity, phone/internet expenses etc). Make sure your salary value is fully loaded and not just wage/salary if so you will want to adjust the value. If you have employee compensation values, you can put that into the event to estimate industry sales. I recommend to also zeroing out Proprietor Income. Thanks!0
