    Hi Ishaq, Thank you for your post. IMPLAN is a production model and is a fixed price model so it won't be able to provide you with this type of information. If you model the impact of a new school construction you will get back impact results (Employment, Taxes, Output, Labor Income) from the impacted Industries. If you are interested in a construction impact: http://implan.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=article.edit&id=183 AND http://implan.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&layout=edit&id=739 IMPLAN will not be able to tell you the social impact of improving amenities, such as house values increasing. That is something that would be based on the analyst judgement. However if you re-frame your question and for example, if you know as a result of the new school building, X amount of NEW families are moving into the area, then that could be modeled in IMPLAN. An addition to that is that those families need to be NEW to the area as well in order for their labor dollars to be included in the impact as new money to the region.
