2011 and 2014 Data versions crosswalk
I was working with 2011 data and my office thought we should upgrade and hence we just got the 2014 data. The sectors that I was working with earlier is now decomposed to many sectors. Is there a crosswalk that I could find to check if I am working it correctly? For example, in 2011 data, there was a sector: "Offices of Physicians, Dentists, and Other Health Professionals." However, I believe this has been decomposed to three different sectors namely: Offices of Physicians, Offices of Dentists, and Other Offices of other health practitioners. I am wondering if it has been decomposed to any other sectors than the above mentioned sectors. Hence, a crosswalk would be very helpful. Please advise.

Hello, We do have a bridge table for going from 440 Sectors to 536 Sectors. In the 440 to 536 bridge, a ratio of 1 means that 100% of the 440 sector should be classified as the corresponding 536 sector. So, the ratio of 1 for 3 different 440-based sectors simply means that they fit entirely into the same 536-based sector. Best regards, IMPLAN Group Staff
