We are trying to estimate the Impact of the new college football program.

1)Construction

2) Operations (how do we handle this one like which sector 489 or 491)?

3)Visitor Spending

Am I missing something any other guidance will be greatly appreciated.

     Hi Sam,

    Is the construction portion construction of an actual facility? 

    Yes, the sector for colleges is the best sector for the operations as it will be using the university funds.

    Most of the money will be used to build a stadium and some for the purchase of equipment.

    Please take a look at our construction sector spreadsheet that gives you brief descriptions of the sectors so that you can pick the most appropriate one. It also lists what's included in the sector so that you know exactly what costs to include or not include when modeling this impact.
