IxI Input Output Accounts Aggregation Scheme

Hi,

Is there data somewhere which explains the aggregation scheme used to create the Input Output accounts. The specific page is Explore --> Industry Accounts --> IxI Input Output Accounts. I am specifically interested in how institutions 1-11 were created and if there is an aggregation scheme available to download into IMPLAN or if I would have to create my own.

Thanks,

Kendall

    Kendall -

The table is by default aggregated based on a 2-digit NAICS scheme. All the other tables can be aggregated as you choose here https://implanhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115009713388-Aggregation-Builder-in-IMPLAN-Pro.

    Thanks!

  • In my IMPLAN, there is only a 2 digit NAICS Aggregation Scheme for IMPLAN 440. Is there a 2 Digit NAICS Scheme for IMPLAN 536 available for download somewhere?

    Thanks,

    Kendall

  • Hello Kendall,

We've seen situations where an older version of the structural matrix causes the software to attempt aggregating at the 440, and not the 536, sector level.

I'll email the correct file to you directly, as well as instructions on where to place it, which should resolve this issue for you. You should receive this in the next hour or so.

    Thank you
