Hi - New user here. I'm trying to select the best IMPLAN sector to capture impacts for non-paved forest service roadway construction. I am using Sector 54 (highways) which does not seem appropriate for graded backcountry roads. I figured I'd ask in this forum in case the answer is clear. Thanks in advance for any insight or suggestions.

As you know, construction industries in IMPLAN don't follow the NAICS. We have a breakdown of what types of construction falls into each of them. In terms of road construction, I think you have chosen the proper industry which would include the preparation for all types of street construction.
